Singapore Junior Chefs Club’s HOTCHEF Team Challenge 2018 is a friendly culinary competition that once again brings all budding aspirants aged 25 and below, who hunger for the excitement and exhilaration of a competition together, for a little zest and creativity.
The theme of this competition will be Tabasco, and competitors are expected to create six (6) types of Tapas with five (5) kinds of Tabasco seasonings as part of their ingredients.
This competition will be on a team basis. Our aim of this competition is to offer more interactions between members, as well as to provide a venue for young talents to be nurtured.
