About SJCC 

SINCE 2004

Singapore Junior Chefs Club has been around in Singapore for 18 years and we are the first junior chefs club in the world to be registered with World Association of Chefs Societies. 

Singapore Junior Chefs Club, the youth arm of Singapore Chefs' Association, is a club that nurtures future talents in the food and beverage field, reputed for our character, excellent culinary skills and the thirst for continuous improvement. The club organizes social events, educational events, competitions to engage the young culinarians in Singapore. The club also represents Singapore in international young chefs forums and competition. 

Established since 2004, Singapore Junior Chefs Club is the first Junior Chefs Club in the world registered with the World Association of Chefs Societies.

To be a club that inspires and nurtures young chefs to excel in the culinary field with knowledge, confidence and creativity.

To foster a community of passionate young chefs and nurture all to be the best version of themselves through respect, culinary excellence and insight.

 

Members Profile 

SJCC is made up of students and young culinarians under the age of 25, representing a diverse range of culinary schools and organisations. Our members are united by a shared passion for food, learning, and professional growth within the culinary industry.

Our Beginnings

Founded on 1 May 2004, the Singapore Junior Chefs Club was established to support, develop, and represent the next generation of culinary talent in Singapore.
