Singapore Junior Chefs Club participated in the People's Association Dialogue - The Future of Us, Chef Elvin Chew and Ong Jing Qin attended the event. We will be collaborating with People's Association on "Breakfast for the Needy" in an effort to bridge communities and promote social cohesion in the neighbourhood.
Nepal Earthquake

On the 23rd of May, Nanyang Polytechnic volunteered their kitchen space for this fundraising project and the young chefs from various culinary institutes gathered to help out. The young chefs prepared 800 packets of marshmallows.
Angliss, a food supply business, had came forward generously to sponsor this whole fundraising project.
Funds that were raised by our young chefs would go to WACS Chefs without Borders Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund. Our young chefs were glad that they could use their area of expertise of cooking to help out to gather funds and it was truly an enriching experience.
