California Milk Advisory Board Live Cooking Demonstration
Join us on Singapore Junior Chefs Club’s third session of live event happening this Saturday 27 September 2021 at 2PM with REAL CALIFORNIA MILK and Singapore Junior Chefs Club President, Chef Ong Jing Qin, where we will be cooking up a storm using cheeses from the Real California Milk.

Join us on Singapore Junior Chefs Club’s first ever live event happening this Saturday 13 September 2021 at 2PM with REAL CALIFORNIA MILK and The Pantry Boy, where we will be cooking up a storm using cheeses from the Real California Milk.
California has been producing cheese for as long as it’s been making wine— more than 200 years. Today over 50 cheesemakers are producing more than 250 varieties and styles of cow’s milk cheeses that carry the Real California Milk seal, available in grocery stores, specialty markets and cheese shops nationally. Many of these cheeses have won awards in the United States as well as abroad.
This will be the first live session out of the four, that will take place every Saturday at 2pm. With each week having a specific theme in place, this week will be “Cheese in Asian Cuisine”.
This live stream event is open for public viewing so make sure you tag all your cheese loving friends to join us this Saturday for a “Grate” time!!!
