THE FIRST EVER PASTRY EDITION IN SINGAPORE
In light of the ever-growing number of budding pastry chefs, Singapore Junior Chefs Club proudly present Singapore Top Young Pâtissier for the first time ever!
The first ever edition of pastry young chef competition in conjunction with Singapore Top Young Chef in Singapore.
This is a competition organised by the Singapore Junior Chefs Club (SJCC). A new challenge introduced in 2019, Singapore Top Young Pâtissier, it brings all budding aspirants aged 25 & below, who hunger for the excitement and exhilaration of a competition together, for a little zest & creativity. Giving a platform for the young talents to be nurtured & a chance to showcase their creativity & pastry skills.
The winner will:
- covet the title of the first ever Singapore Top Young Pâtissier 2019; and
- earn the chance to understudy the Singapore National Culinary Team in IKA 2020.
