About the National Junior Culinary Team
Over the years, the Singapore National Junior Culinary teams were formed by talented and aspiring young chefs and students under the age of 25 from the local culinary institutes/industry.The young chefs are selected through a selection round.
Singapore Junior Chefs Club organizes an annual Junior Team Selection. The selection allows interested young chefs to be placed in an actual competition simulation to compete. Check our Facebook page for latest updates on selections.
